This agreement governs your use of the dktoto platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the dktoto Platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
2.2 You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
2.3 You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. Users based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling exists in a complex regulatory environment in the Republic of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under applicable Indonesian law and for ensuring compliance with any applicable local regulations.
2.4 dktoto does not hold a domestic gambling license issued by any Indonesian government body. The Platform operates under an international gaming license. The Operator makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling under Indonesian domestic law.
2.5 Employees, contractors, directors, and close family members of the Operator and its affiliated companies are not eligible to maintain active betting accounts on the Platform.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or the identity of any other person.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify the dktoto support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
3.5 The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 As part of the Operator's compliance obligations, all Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be processed, and at such other times as the Operator deems necessary.
4.2 KYC documentation required may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license; proof of residential address dated within 90 days; and, where applicable, documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into your Wallet.
4.3 The Operator may at any time request additional documentation to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of any Member. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
4.4 KYC documents submitted are processed in accordance with the dktoto Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for the period required by applicable compliance standards.
Deposits to your dktoto Wallet may be made via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Deposits are credited to your Wallet typically within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by the Operator's payment gateway. The Operator does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign-currency accounts are maintained. No currency conversion fees are applied by dktoto; exchange-rate risk is borne entirely by the User where applicable.
6.1 The Operator may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match incentives, free-bet allocations, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Wallet. Specific promotions may carry different multipliers or timeframes as stated in their individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Funds may only be wagered on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or on qualifying casino games as specified in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (including, but not limited to, certain live casino side-bets and low-margin games) may not contribute to wagering requirements.
6.4 Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once only. The use of multiple accounts, referral of self via affiliate codes, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and potential account suspension.
6.5 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Members who have commenced satisfying wagering requirements.
7.1 All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Member's sole responsibility to review the details of a bet — including the selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. The Operator will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of Member error.
7.2 For football (soccer) betting — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup matches — standard settlement rules apply: 90 minutes of regular time plus referee-added stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard markets unless explicitly stated.
7.3 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg. The minimum number of selections for a mix parlay is two (2).
7.4 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games, results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the relevant draw authority. dktoto does not control or influence draw results. In the event of a draw cancellation or dispute, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
7.5 For live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and others) powered by Evolution Gaming and similar certified providers, the game rules of the originating studio govern outcomes. The Operator's settlement of live dealer results is final.
7.6 The Operator reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or suspend markets in the event of: obvious pricing errors; evidence of match-fixing or manipulation; technical failures that materially affect the integrity of an event; or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dktoto Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.1 All content on the dktoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by the Operator under valid licensing agreements.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.5 The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, Internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of third-party payment processors.

13.1 Termination by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the dktoto support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recent verified withdrawal method.
13.2 Termination by Operator: The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; failure to complete KYC; underage gambling; or any conduct that the Operator reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
13.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms by the Member, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Member's Wallet balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, subject to applicable legal requirements.
13.4 Following account closure, certain personal data will be retained by the Operator for the minimum periods required under applicable compliance, anti-money-laundering, and tax regulations, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create any rights enforceable by Indonesian domestic gambling regulatory authorities, as the Operator does not hold a domestic Indonesian license.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties within 30 calendar days shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. 14.3 Indonesian users acknowledge that by using the Platform they are contracting with an offshore entity and that Indonesian domestic consumer protection statutes may not apply to this agreement in all respects.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Operator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on the Member's account.
15.2 Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after the date of publication, unless the amendment is required by law or to address an urgent operational or security concern, in which case it may take effect immediately.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
